At Resolutions, we have a systematic and logical approach to treatment that also allows for a great amount of flexibility, based on your needs and your starting point. We have two approaches – traditional talk therapy with an outline that guides our progress. Or, we can work through workbooks in an individual therapy and workshop setting, as you choose.
